✅ MCQ Test Series

🇮🇳 India — NMC

🤖 AURA AI Tutor

The FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) Test Series is TerraLeap's dedicated MCQ preparation platform for foreign medical graduates seeking NMC/MCI screening test clearance — the mandatory licensing gateway to practise medicine in India.

The FMGE consists of 300 Single Best Answer MCQs conducted over a single day in two sessions of 150 questions each, with a total duration of 5 hours (2.5 hours per session). The examination tests clinical and pre-clinical knowledge across 19 subjects, with a passing threshold of 50% (150 marks). The NMC conducts two sittings annually — June and December.

Powered by AURA AI, TerraLeap's platform provides personalised coaching, spaced repetition, and deep subject-wise analytics calibrated to the NMC FMGE 19-subject blueprint.

What this test series achieves

To equip foreign medical graduates with the 19-subject MCQ depth, clinical reasoning, and exam-pacing strategy required to pass the NMC FMGE and obtain medical registration to practise in India.

To assess readiness across all 19 FMGE subjects through full-length 300-question mock examinations replicating the dual-session NMC FMGE format

To identify subject-level and topic-level performance gaps using AURA analytics, enabling targeted NMC-pattern revision

To master FMGE-pattern MCQ reasoning — applying pre-clinical and clinical knowledge to Single Best Answer vignettes within the NMC framework

To build pacing strategy for the dual-session format — completing 150 MCQs in 2.5 hours per session without sacrificing accuracy

To strengthen high-yield para-clinical subjects — Pathology, Pharmacology, Microbiology, Biochemistry — frequently deciding the pass/fail margin in FMGE

To track readiness with a real-time FMGE Pass Probability Score updated after every session across all 19 NMC subjects

To reinforce weak subjects through AURA spaced repetition, ensuring no subject falls below the 50% passing threshold

To benchmark against a global FMGE candidate cohort and understand readiness relative to the NMC passing standard

Eight objectives. One goal — NMC clearance.

The FMGE Test Series delivers each objective through AI-powered mocks, 19-subject analytics, and AURA adaptive coaching.
